Yesterday was in the sticks with no cell service.
Oregon has a lot of art deco bridges.

I spy with my little eye...

A tsunami of cars = Traffic JAM.

This warning sign was about 10 miles late. UGH!

It was a nice drive, only about 200 miles.

Today we drove to Mcminnville to look at 'birds'.
About 60 miles of winding through trees by a river & through a covered bridge.

& 50 miles of more or less open farm land.
I really like Oregon!

& to the 'Bird' sanctuary we went.

Also know as the Evergreen Air & Space Museum.

Sorry! Only Oregon this time around & only have 2 hives so no 5 gallon buckets yet either...

Thank you all for the nice comments & encouragement!
Looking at these nice old cars is nice, driving them is 3x so.
Then othere get to see them more also.
Especially fueling up...
It took a little while to get out of Brooking because I had a nice chat with 7-8 different people at the gas station.
Rest stops also. Have met 4 people that "had a Charger" back in the day. 3 of them women! I believed them, the dude...not so much.

Headed out to Portland today.

Not much of anything interesting but LOTS of road work. Ran my errand & left.

Downtown, dead ahead.

Portland does have a 'pothole' hotline though.

Were's my Pink Floyd "Wish I where were there..." Oh, got that wrong it's "Wish you were here..." & I wouldn't wish that on you, you appear to be having to much fun....

We could use a pothole hotline here in California... But since there's no money to fix the roads I guess we can do without...

YES, It is a great trip! Perfect weather & car perfoming flawlessly.
Detoured back to the coast (Coos Bay/Charleston) for tuna tomorrow.
