Headlights not working or doors

Just added a dakota digital guage cluster to my charger and when I went to plug the headlights back in know have no lights and the doors won't open. Alls I did was unplug the old cluster placed the switches in the new one and when I went to try them nothing worked.

What type of car? Most cars with vacuum headlights doors have to be running. Did you hook the battery back up?
