I am just finishing up on my headliner...glad I did it once...think ill pay for someone to do it next time.

My car had no interior when I bought it, so I'm having a little bit of a hard time figuring out where the interior side trim orients... The used set I bought has a singular screw hole at one end...

can someone tell me if the screw goes towards the rear or the front?

Also, where is the hole on the body? Is in up inside the channel where the headliner goes?

Lastly does it go over or under the A-pillar trim?

Thanks in advance...there are very few pics of this trim on line and I haven't seen another RoadRunner in my area to compare to, for about a year.

screw hole goes in the front and it goes over the a-pillar trim. I'll take some pics when I get home today.

Thanks, I appreciate it.

Is it only held in by the one screw and then captured by the rear quarter trim? Or is there some other hardware that I'm missing?

There are usually 4-5 special "S" clips which slide into the rail and they hold the trim captive on the roof line.

That was a big help, thanks everyone. Hopefully I can find some repro clips and get this headliner finished off once and for all.

Ok... I looked at the usual sources (Year One, Classic Industries) and it doesn't look like they have the clips for sale.... Does anyone have a lead on these? Are they even reproduced?
