heater/a/c fan

Hi all, Having a problem with my heater fan. I have a 69 roadrunner, 383, 4spd with a/c. The fan will only work on high with the a/c on. All wiring is new, heater box was professionally rebuilt, fan motor tested fine. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Guys, I am really struggling with this issue. Sure would appreciate any advice on this.

Your blower resistor is probably bad if it only works on high speed...make sure you get correct one for your car, there is a number stamped into base.
