Heater control valve

Is this the correct valve for 71 satellite? Everything I find online shows mechanical control. This appears to be vacuum.

Apply vacuum to valve if it retracts then good. Then check vac. At hose while heater on in full hot. If none then control problem.

Ok I will may not be till tomorrow I'm slow and chasing light gremlins at the moment lol

I found it, a hose was dry rotted and leaking so I replaced and now I have heat.
