Heater core interchange 72 Charger -Challenger

Will a non AC heater core for a 72 Challenger fit a Charger? I can find plenty of E body cores but few B bodies

There must be some kind of application look up with illustration. to see if you could swap them out. but if they are different part number some things different physically

The lookup is the rockauto website, takes two minutes total. It says they are the same.

Now there are some mistakes in their catalog listings also, so it helps to have knowledge. It’s good they have photos of the parts on there.

Like a 67 B-body transmission mount. It shows a 70 and newer part for several choices, then the highest price choice is the only one that will fit the car.

I think they are the same, or at least interchange and so does my 35 year Mopar parts counter guy friend.

It looks like the AC core will interchange, but the non AC is different
