Heater/Defroster controls

Looking for Heater/Defroster controls for a 65 Coronet (Non A/C) The push buttons on mine are all jammed up and won't work. Is there anybody who makes these controls aftermarket? Thanks....

Anthony Powell rebuilt mine like new for 70 bucks. I'll try find his contact info, and get back to you.

i just rebuilt mine yesterday. should have took pictures. anyhow, as long as the nipples aren't broke they're repairable with some patience.
