Probably about 5k a year. I'm going to do as much as I can myself. My hope is that I only have to outsource the frame rail installation.

Did you thoroughly check the torsion bar crossmember and front rails?
If the rear is that bad, I'm guessing the front is not much better.
You can get a good look if you open up the front floor.

Will do, I'm just about done with tear down. It was pretty straightforward. I'll be spending the winter months learning how to weld and acquiring new metal. I anticipate beginning the chassis and body work in the spring.
