I will try to get some pictures of her uploaded on here soon. last time she was driven a long distance was to Roseburg OR. for graffiti weekend. she ran great all the way there following a street bike that ran 12's and he couldn't loose her. though now shes had a run in with some water. I had loaned out one of the carbs to a friend and sealed off the intake very well so i thought... when I pulled it in the shop to work on her she wouldn't turn i found about 3 gallons of water inside the motor. flushed it all out cleaned it all out though as you can tell she does not run very well anymore. which is why I'm here to see what combo would be a good fit. Welcome and sorry to hear about the water damage. I assume since one carb is off the water got in the intake runner and filled a cylinder or two? This happened to my boat a couple of years ago and I didn't hesitate to pull the motor and have it bored until it cleaned up. No quick fox for that one so get the engine crane out.

Welcome! also sorry to hear about your misfortune. Like mentioned, plenty of experienced folks here to help dial in what you're looking for as far as a combo.
