I am about 2 hours northwest of D/FW. Wichita Falls area.
You go to the big annual Vernon Run and Show ("Last Blast")? If so, you may have seen one of my cars; there are over 1000 cars and usually not more than a handful of us Pentastar Nuts. It's the only car event I haven't missed in about 15 years.
My very first car was a 71 Fury with a 440. (no pics)
Second was the pictured primer 68 Coronet 383 (Loved that car)
Third was a 69 383 Superbee which I could not afford to keep with my 68; I had them both at same time and was a poor teenager (no pics)
Fourth was the pictured 73 Charger 400 4bbl slapstick.
Fifth was my attempt at a "pro streeter". 64 Barracuda with a 440. Fenderwell exit headers, roll cage, tubbed. I was in the Army at the time and really did not have the money to do it "right" but I learned a lot.
Next was the pictured 70 R/T Charger 440 4-speed. One of 157 built with its major options. Took it apart, got the engine, trans and dana rebuilt and some guy offered me way too much money for it and so I never finished it. It is the one I wish I never sold for any price.
I used the money I made from selling the R/T to finish my 73 Challenger and put a 440 sixpack in it. I still have it and have for almost 20 years and will prolly never sell it. It even has A/C.
The last image is two of the four of my current projects I picked up in the last couple of years. I have three 69 Coronets, and one Superbee. Two 4-speeds and one columnshift auto and one console auto. One sixpack and three 383.
I bought my wife a 70 Cuda for an anniversary present last year, but it's currently in pieces and not much to look at yet.
Welcome aboard from the snow packed, where do push the stuff this time, state of Pa.
where the cars live in the garage most of the time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very nice car collection, I would like to show my wife but our 34th is getting close and she would get some kind of a notion of
