Help me identify this brake booster

FWIW- when I called Dewey and told him that my car came with all power HD drum brakes, that I converted the front to discs. He assured me that if I still had the original booster, it will be good to use with a different M/C and keep the original appearance of Mopar. Hope he is correct, he says yes.

Today I snapped the plastic connector that goes into the booster, so I had to improvise lol

If i'm not mistaking, the plastic connector is a check valve.

When I blow in it - it works from both sides so if it's supposed to be a check valve - then it wasn't fitted with one when I got the car?

Yep that should be a check valve.
