[HEMI RAM]

Can anyone tell me what the piece is called that is on the front side of the front window? It rides in the wing window channel and I need new ones. What are they and where can I get them?

Thanks snakeoil, they are $110 each at R/T but I found them at Herbs for $95 for a set.
