OK,
have a chance to purchase a set of Hemi 2780559 heads date code 1970. Question is what is fair price for the head? See picture These are still in the original box and never installed. But seems a little moisture has made it to them

Also, Can I use any RB block to make a Hemi?

For pricing it seems to me that the available new heads set the bar. The head you show in the pic can be drilled for a second plug, so they are not stock but rather an old DC part I would guess.

You can't simply bolt HEMI heads to a wedge block. One reason is the top row of bolts are in a different location and second there is no provision for oil drain back.
