What exactly are the rectangluar holes in the front aprons for ? there's one under the battery box and one directly across on the right side ? 69 charger Probably 3 x 5"

Those should be the holes to access the suspension arm bolts/nuts for alignment adjustments. They make covers for those too that go inside the fender wells.
