Would anyone be willing to share some dimensions for castors that bolt to the leaf spring mounts and the ones that bolt to the bumper bracket bolt holes. Thanks

You don't really need measurements - make them for the car to sit as high as you want.
Do NOT use pneumatic casters. This is why ... they just can't take the weight of even a bare shell. This one tore the bolts through the rim half as well as tearing the rim off the hub.
