Hood hinge differences?

I am needing to replace the hood hinges on my 1972 RR Air Grabber car. I have a buddy with a 73 Satellite that has a freshly rebuilt set of hinges off that car that will swap me and send mine to be rebuilt for his car. They look physically the same to me other than the rivets are a little different style, does anyone know for sure they are exactly the same?

And are the hinge springs the same Air Grabber hood to non-AirGrabber hood?

I am not positive but I believe the hinges are the same, the springs might be slightly different as a AG hood would be a bit heavier.
