Hood insulation

[67 GTX]

Did the 67 gtx's come from the factory with hood insulation? And if so, was it a molded insulation pad? Or was it the cushion type?

If the 67 GTX came with hood insulation it is probably the same as the stock original one from my 67 Belvedere. It is molded black fiberglass like this one and uses steel clips to retain:
