Spent Friday gathering more firewood to heat my shop for a few more days. I don't like paying summer price for LP and I needed something to do beings the fields are inaccessible still.
Friday night it stormed all night Saturday it sleeted all day and Sunday appears it will show most the day.

And on average, April 15 is when I start planting Corn.
I'm still at least 2 weeks out

It got real nice in these parts the last few days with temps in the upper 70s.Spring seems to be in the air but something tells me NOT to take the plow off just yet.It's not one of the newer quick mounts,,,,,,so I'll wait a tad longer.

I just woke up to this; marble sized hail! And lots of it. With the exception of one old Dakota, all of my Chrysler products are under roof. However I've one Ford and several tractors parked outside.

And it's suppose to snow another 8" inches today!
Maybe it'll be thundersnow.

We didn't get that but had 2 days of wet snow after 2 days of rain which followed 3 of the nicest days we've had yet, it was nice enough that things started to blossom and bud.... freezing again!
