Horn problem

My 67 belvedere has a new horn new turn signal switch with new horn contact new steering wheel and still as im turning the steering wheel the horn blows from time to time as the wheel turns any ideas where i should look for the problem im stuck i sure was hoping someone else has had the same problem i cant figure it out please help

Did you ever figure this out? I have a similar problem in that my horn only honks intermittently when I press the horn ring while turning the steering wheel. Appreciate your suggestions.

yes my problem was with the copper part of the horn adapter it was frayed causing the horn ring to make contact occasionally when turning the wheel i ended up replacing the entire column with a tilt column from ididit
