Horn relay

Hi guys l have a very puzzling question at least for me it is and l should know. WHERE THE HECK IS THE HORN RELAY LOCATED in a 69 Charger. l've replaced the turn signal unit under the steering wheel and now have turn signal, brake lights but no horns. Yes they are plugged in and before l put the wheel on l shorted between the horn and the steering colum to make them sound off. But nothing not even a click l thought of the horn relay is there one and where is it.

On my car, i think it's mounted to the core support, by the horns.

Not real certain about a charger in particular but on the 69 b bodies it’s on the passenger side radiator support near the horns
