Someone spent a bunch of money to make the car look like that, It's not my personal style, but there is a good number of useable parts or maybe even make it a convertible, that chopped top isn't the right look for that car, in my opinion...

If it is done right, someone spent a lot of time on it.Looks like it needs a giant blown Hemi stickin halfway out the hood and some steam roller tires up under the rear, make it a full scale "Muscle Machines" prototype!
