The engine and trans are out of my 1973 Charger, so I figured I better go over the wiring harness. She hasn't ran since 1981, and the wiring harness really is in pretty good darn shape. I have found a few cables that a mouse may have chewed through, been cut, etcetera. Do I just need to take the rubber coating off of the wire about 1/2 inch on each side, twist them together, sauter them, and heat shrink them? This seems like the proper way to me. I also have a new oem igniton module, voltage regulator, and ballast resistor. There are a few wires that I'm not quite sure where they go to, so i may post a few pics w/ questions.
