How do I 5.7 hemi a 1972 charger.

Does anybody have any information on how to swap a 5.7 hemi into a 1972 Dodge Charger if so please tell me, about how much would it cost

Go 6.1, 6.2, or 6.4. 5.7 adequate but no thrill.

Cost is such a hard thing to put a price on, depends on your abilities and how and where you source parts and how you want the car set-up as the final product. Do you want the 5.7 and matching modern transmission? Do you want to leave it EFI or convert to a carb? Run stock interior and gauges or after market pieces? etc etc etc....

Saw a guy at Carlisle. Put a 5.7 in an early B Body. Beautiful job. Can’t comprehend why he went with a carb and why not a 6.4. Drive a modern R/T, then a Scatpack. Then decide. That extra 100 horse really makes a difference.

A cam, headers, and a tune can do wonders for a 5.7. People always act like the 5.7 are dogs.
