How to attach the front fender braces to the front fender

Good Morning All, I am putting back on my front fender braces that attach to the bumper bracket, but forgot how to install on the fender side. I have a 67 GTX. Does it bolt on from the bottom or from inside?

Good Morning All, I am putting back on my front fender braces that attach to the bumper bracket, but forgot how to install on the fender side. I have a 67 GTX. Does it bolt on from the bottom or from inside?

The support brace from the bumper bracket to the fender edge goes inside the fender and the bolt installs from the bottom, as shown in the following image:
