How to free up frozen AFB secondaries?

    I did not see any change in the aluminum. I did not boil the ones I did but just poured the hot oil over them and let it sit.

    I tried your idea on two carbs. Both had secondary shafts stuck. 1 win, 1 loss. Soaked both for a half day in Evaporust, then heated pot of oil to about 140F. First carb in for about 5-10 minutes. It was stiff but started to move and then freed up. The other did not work. In the end, one half of the shaft at the fast linkage side was so stuck, that after I cut the blades out and got the middle and other half of shafts out, I had to press the stuck end of shaft out. The corrosion and swelling was so bad it had a ridiculous press fit. It is a messy process, but carb cleaned up well after the oil bath.

      Nothing I did worked, I just need it to "lot drive" so rebuilt it and put it on

      Im curious about the holley single feed double pumper. What's the list number? Might be a valuable oem carb.

      Forgot about that, I'll post it and look it up, definitely odd, if I remember right, the guy I bought this 66 charger from threw it in the deal, cause he had no use at the time

      If it has a squirter in the center that has discharge nozzels for all four throats, it's a 660 center squirter, early tunnel ram carb.

      6210 looks like a emission spreadbore carb, nothing special as far as I can see
