a federal p/s pump. were the sb and bb pumps and brackets the same? probably a caring/id number under reservoir. short of pulling it off, any other way to id it? it has a hex in middle of shaft and no keyway. pulley is 5 3/8 " i think. any help appreciated.

Also, FYI napa sells a rebuild kit for the federal. the necessary orings/seals fit the trw pump I rebuild on my 66 belvy. TRW= Thompson for clarity.

From what I see in the pics and what I remember, the bracket and pump look like the ones on my 67 383. Don't have any photos of mine handy to compare, but can look at it this evening unless someone chimes in with more a definitive answer.

It fits a Big Block. Here's one on a 440
