How to re-install roof rail moldings on a 1967 GTX

Good Morning All! I tore down my 1967 GTX for a complete overhaul many months ago and forget where to start as far as how to re-install the roof rail weatherstrip moldings.i know that there are clips that the front part of the rail go into, but where do I start please?

The roof rail moldings which holds the weatherstrip need a strip of sealant applied to the back ( it’s sold in rolls just for that application ) and is secured by screws. Not aware of the clips you are referring to. You do have to be mindful of positioning in out out as it affects how the quarter glass will contact the weatherstripping.
