The car has come a long ways from where you started. At this point, you are on the down hill run and can really start to see things progress as parts are added onto the car. It should be a thrill knowing that all of your efforts are beginning to pay off.
As for as referencing some parties to do different aspects of the car, asking questions here and at your local shows will be your best avenue. Try to see a finished product from any vendor. Pricing and quality can be all of over the map.
One thing that I stress is to try to refurb or restore as many of the factory parts as possible. Having been around these cars all of my life and having been around the restoration business for close to 30 years, the factory pieces will almost always beat out a reproduction part.
Have fun with the restoration and the finished product will give you even more pleasure.
