I have a 69 Roadrunner, looking for specialty nut for front blinker turn signal housing

The front car housing that holds the parking/turn signal has 2 special nuts that hold the housing.
Does anyone know where I can get new ones? They insert into the front bumper with some kind of clip.

I've used these in the past.

They look like normal cage nuts from a good hardware store.
