Remember. Paint can (and does) change color over time. What they are sending may be the correct color but doesn't look right because of fading and heat cycles

That looks bluer than the turquoise color I've purchased from them in the past. Your original engine color is closer to what they used to sell.

i took a valley pan hold down with original paint on it and matched it to a close color out of the book, then tinted it to match........looks pretty good

That color looks pretty close to the paint I bought years ago. I still have a can in the basement.

DAMN! Its difficult to "justify" color when everyones monitor is slightly different with paint and hues..... I just wish I could find that Mopar Turquoise, locally, I hate like hell to order something, and not know if its the right color LOL

And DAMNIT, I'm only trying to paint a freakin car model engine at this rate.....I can get the Mopar blue, and Red for engine colors, but that damned turquoise is a bitch to come by, and really, I don't need a whole damn spray can of it, I just want to brush it on a couple 1/24th-1/25th scale model engines! MAYBE if I can score enough, paint the body of a single car that same color just for "ha-ha's" you know? 2 ounces of it max....LOL

I am **** out of luck! :cussing:
