I Predict a Hot Summer

I don't know how you guys do it. I melt at anything over 80 degrees.
She could use a little melting

Record high this past weekend of a 101 here in Missouri. Climate change, no wait, it's 70 right now!

looks the exact same as it did in 2005 when I bought it
Sonora Back property #1.JPG

normal for this time of year 90*
low 31% humidity today, right now

been 100* to 105* for a couple of days
not too far from the average/norm here
the low humidity is the big fire danger here

I keep hearing we had a dry winter, that's total :bs:
not here we didn't, the (leaders) suck at managing
the water resources, we had plenty of snow & rain...

I love this time of year,
up until about mid-late Nov. "Indian Summers"
85* is my preferred or perfect temp.
but;
I like the heat far more than the cold
we get both here, from single to triple digits
long summers :bananadance: & sort of long winters :BangHead:

A couple a days ago I scoffed at the prediction of 4% chance of precipitation for the following day. About 9 AM I heard a brief shower starting to come down (lasted 5-10 minutes). I always keep anything vulnerable to rain showers covered, so I need not have panicked.

If I could afford to live in the Sierra Nevadas, I definitely would instead of this.

I can remover sweating my *** off during a stint with the MFO during the day. It would get over 110, then at night, you’re looking for a jacket cause the wind would kick up off the Red Sea and cool down to about 90.

And again!!! With a nice low for the night of 96 and 100 by 8am. 11:40 n already 112 n a high of 122.

Not only the temp and humidity but just finished 3 hour clean up from the 50mph dry rainstorm last night. Phoenix east valley had a pretty good dust storm.

Yep a tad on the warm side, for a few days here
it is that time of year :poke:
100*-108* from Thurs. to Monday
we have an extreme heat warning on the weather channel
same **** every year, around this time (my BD month)

It usually cools off a tad bit at night, didn't much last night
still 80*+ when I went to bed at Midnight-ish
I usually can open the house up after 9:00pm-ish
goes down to 65*-75*, hot again by 10:00am-ish

It is summer after all...

Africa Hot!!! Mid East Hot!!! Been there and hated it. Now here reminds me a lot of it...cr8crshr/Bill:usflag::usflag::usflag:

Same week 4 yrs ago. I've seen 126 on the Weather Channel here before and 130+ on my front porch thermometer. And it's not even Aug yet. View attachment 1127765
