I want to go to Australia, but I am afraid.

Now you know why I moved to Finland! 3 months before we left Australia, I was working in my home office and it was opposite the door to my (at the time) 1 year old daughters room). I was going to bed, flicked off the lights and started walking down our hallway. Something went off in my head and a flicked my office light on again, only to see some scales disappear under my daughters door. I knew right away what it was. But I hoped it wasn't. I flicked the light on in her room, and there on her carpet was a 1 and a half meter snake! I did not know what type it was, but it was in my house so that makes it highly endangered. I shouted to my wife who was asleep down the other end of our house in our bedroom, since it was 2AM.

She comes out of the room freaking out at me for shouting, then I tell her there is a snake in Saana's room. She then freaks out all over again for real. I tell her to grab me the broom while I keep an eye on this thing, since I did not want it to go under a cupboard or something. I clamp the broom down on the back of the snake, tell my wife to boil the kettle, and once that was done poured it all over the snake. The snake was not impressed and tried to get away. But I clamped down so hard the broom handle was bending, and I think I snapped it's back.

The snake died. I picked it up with a dustpan and it must have weighed 3 kilos or more.

After all this, Saana slept right through the entire thing.

My wife looks at me and says, "I'm going to check that our tickets are booked." hehe..

I've seen a few snakes around my place but none in the house so far....and so far, none were poisonous.

My buddy just came back from a security detail from there..... They were in Sidney, Perth & Melbroune.....They agree on the good looking women....
 
I`ve never doubted Finland woman ,New Zealand is another country that I like there woman also :headbang:
