Well keep buying parts for this so called 72 318 charger engine.
1-found water pump under a 67 something that will work, then bought new stat and it was the wrong size, now I know why they had a tube of gasket silicon stat was way to big, so now I am trying to see what intake brand/name/????? and get new state and top cover. I removed the valve covers and found a casting number of 4027593 and looked up, its from a 318 but 77 to 84. So I also found that the carb is a 4bbl and is a carter # C2 9627S or 5, so I will post couple pics and if anyone can help me out or point me in the right direction that would be great. On the manifold there are these # in one spot 3 i think and BZG or BZC then another is 2 25 81 so is this feb 25th 1981, 4173915 or 4773915, the guy was micky mouse all different bolts for water pump. Thanks
