Well as luck would have it.. I just uploaded my first video to r/idiotsincars. I'm in Atlanta so I'm sure there will be more to come. This one was not too bad. This is video from a 40 dollar dash cam. 1080P not the best in the world but works great for the cost.

Looks like a decent quality cam. Care to share the model number? I'd really like the wife to have one for her Jeep, hearing all the stories when she gets home from work.

I will have to get the box out of the truck. to get you a name brand.. Its a cheap chinesium built camera. It has audio too. I just deleted the audio from the video.

Probably stating the obvious, but you can get mounting hardware to stick your cell phone up there for
use as a dash cam as well - it's what I've done with the videos I've posted on my YouTube of taking
Fred down the road.
Kinda huge and bulky for everyday use, though - but no power cords or anything and it comes off as
quick as it goes up.

I couldn’t see the truck as well as you could with your own eyes and nothing seemed to be very wrong with the other driver. I think he should have taken the turn faster… nether here or there….
