idle speed/stop solenoid for any AC car

I have a '73 RR 400 and '70 Cuda 440 that have A/C installed.
I am having problems with low idle speedwhen at a stop and the A/C is turned on.
Can someone tell me if these cars had an idle stop solenoid for controlling the fast
idle for any of these cars while the A/C was turned on?
Was it called an idle stop solenoid or something else?
If they did have something like that (my '70 429 Ford engine has one),
where could I purchase it?
Thanks in advance.

I think the idle stop solenoid was more to prevent the engine from dieseling when the car was shut off.

AC cars have a fast idle solenoid, here is what it looks like on the thermoquad. It connects on a split off of the compressor wire, blue, so when it comes on it extends to raise the idle a bit so you don't have issues when at a stop.

Here is the split off point, behind the support.
