No matter how crowded, you get fast service. I'm sure there are exceptions, but communicating with employees there it seems you are likely to encounter English speakers more often than elsewhere. Higher pay brings higher quality employees. Where I live, that manager salary is just above poverty. Quality employees and good food. The experience as a customer makes this obvious.
Cool shirts too.

$160k managers pay,
damn good gig/pay if you want to manage an In & Out

IIRC The family owned In & Out Burger business, is a big-time
sponsor/supporter of Drag Racing too, the daughter/heir is a driver
Pro-Mod IIRC the org. owner IIRC was the Guy who owned drove
"the Flying Dutchman F/C" or some sort of connection to it,
not sure the whole story, or if they were the org. owners...

329 stores vs 37k McDonalds. Like Mazda vs Nissan. Smaller = better quality and value. Most times.

Didn't realize 160K was the poverty line in CA.

If you live in the Ghetto like me, I could live like a King.

In n Out is the best of the fast food joints. They also have the best, friendliest, most Service minded young people working there. A California staple food.

When Lynsi Snyder turned 35 years old (on May 5 2017), she received the final portion of her inheritance: the In-N-Out Burger fortune. She now owns 97% of the fast food chain and is worth $1.3 billion. Snyder has led a difficult life despite her current riches, as her uncle was killed in a plane crash in 1993, and her father died of a drug overdose in 1999. Snyder was involved in a series of troubled marriages until she found religion and changed her ways after her last divorce.

I may need to get out more often but I`m not going that great of a distance when in Ohio we have many places with very good burgers
