Like new. I am selling this for 2 reasons.
1. I switched over to a crossram set up.
2. I had the infamous 440-25 backfire. To be honest I am scared that it will happen again so I swapped to the crossram.
I bought this at the 2011 Indy Expo. I added the Nitrous Pro-Flow pop off valve and Spectra 9x2 filters(K&N knockoffs). I just added them the night before I had my mishap.
I am going to disclose everything about the intake. I am not trying to hide anything here. When the top blew it didn't cause any real damage to the intake. It did strip the top threads of each hole. When I installed the 1 1/2" studs they threaded right in so it will hold the top down with no problem. It also chipped off a very small piece around one of the holes. It was on the inside so it will seal up fine. I found out why it backfired. I didn't seal the spacers to the intake top. A very stupid mistake. I was going to seal them and try the intake again but after taking with my partner we decided to switch to the crossram instead so this intake set up needs to go. This is a very nice intake at a cut rate price.
$1300 + shipping. This is a $1900+ set up new so my experiment is your gain.
I have PayPal or CASH is good. If PayPal is used buyer will pay those fees also. PM me if you have any questions.
