Inop factory air in my 64 Dodge

YYi is right, it is a York, says so right on the front of it (after I wiped the dirt off).
Took the AC refill caps off, both have air in them......
Also, I cannot find a fuse box anywhere, looked all under the dash, sides, engine.....does this car even have a fuse box?

Not 100% sure on a York, but an RV2 only has one wire, the hot wire.

Jump that to the battery and the clutch should kick in.

There should also be a pressure switch that brakes the hot circuit if the refrigerant pressure is low.
