When I pulled out my instrument bezel yesterday, I found I had to remove the wiring harness bracket (with a black rubbery coating) that attaches to the top of the dash with two phillips head screws. I would like to know if that harness bracket was installed reversed because it seems that if it had been screwed on the other way (180 degrees around) I could have just bent the holding tabs up and pulled the harness up and out, right? And then I could have just pulled the bezel out and away from the dash? P.S. I am the one who installed everything last year when the windshield and dash were removed.
