instrument cluster lens for 68 69 roadrunner hole for clock

Does anybody if Mopar made a lens without the hole for the clock? Every one I've seen has the hole, and if it's for a tach or the blank there is a little plug in there to close up the hole for the clock.

You can see the little hole with the plug in it here at the bottom under the RPM where the X100 is. Did the ever make a lens with no hole??

Every one I have seen has has the plug in it. When I first got my Roadrunner I thought it was sun melted or damaged and then I started looking and they all had it.
