Interchangeable steering columns

Can I use any other bodies and year columns on my 68 charger? Just need something temporary to steer the shell/body around without messing up my restored original. I see alot of column shift ones around for various years and bodies for cheap.

So my column is originally a power steering piece with automatic floor shifter.

I would think most 67-up pwr-str columns would work.

That's what I was hoping. I thought I also heard there was a length difference between manual and power steering, a body vs b body vs c body etc.
