I found a buildsheet under the rear seat of my 73 Satellite, but it was for a car about 150 serial numbers higher.
(I'll post it on "found")...

I also found one under the front seat, and here's where it gets interesting...

The first page IS the buildsheet for my car (hooray!), but it is a series of sheets still attached with the perforations.
First is my car's buildsheet, then a blank buildsheet, then a buildsheet for a 1972 Charger (?!?), then another blank, and finally a blank with printing at the top that says-

"LAST JOB 2/28/73" (That's my birthday, when I was 5!)

At the bottom of the sheet for the 72 Charger (WH23G2G111656) is printed-

"06 VOID THIS JOB TEST ONLY"

Any comments or insight?

I just doublechecked, and the buildsheet for my car is the LAST page, so the order outlined above is in reverse.
Actually the "LAST JOB..." sheet is loose and I don't remember where it was.

That sounds like some interesting stuff, any pics? Congrats on finding the one for your car!

I had a feeling you would find one, or something inside that car when you explained what shape it was in.. Do you know anyone that at that time (71-74) might have worked at a plant that these cars were made? If you could find someone, you may understand a little more about it. Maybe not specific to your ride, but possibly why all this was in. I would think someone that was there could explain some of this. Finding one would be the hardest part i guess, but i think i would have to try. its a pretty cool story, the reasons would be interesting..

We got more than a couple guys on this forum that have a really good handle on assembly line procedures.
Hopefully one or more will chime in.

Anyone?

No one?

Aw, man, I was hoping 69Coronetrt would be the man with the answer.

...and the VON for the void job car is 999999998
