Is machining my 440 with NON-original main caps cost prohibitive????

I'm golden! I found my main caps buried in my shed. I am so lucky. Good thing the guy that helped me load them in there years ago, remembered!

When I did the BCR caps and girdle, the machine work was a bit over $800, and other shops wanted $1,000+ to line bore and hone the caps, and mill the oil pan rails / caps flat for the girdle.
