Is there a fusible link in this connector or just a quick disconnect.

Not sure what kind of connector this is. Fusible link or just a quick disconnect? This is on a 1983 A38 police package diplomat.

In the few older cars I have seen I don't remember a quick disconnect being right there at the fuseable link, but maybe our awesome historians can comment, but by 1983 that could have changed.

This is what I was thinking. Police package cars must have had these for quick servicing reasons.
