With you being in Arizona,rust free cars are available in your area easily so you can be picky. Here in the rustbelt we would be grateful to get a car only needing cosmetic damage repairs. Our cars need extensive structual body repairs. I currently own two 70 Charger R/T cars from California,and they are amazing compaired to the New England rust buckets I have owned over the years!

Buy from a state that has cars worth building. I've helped more than a few over the years check out cars in my area. Some of these cars are useless and building them back in some cases is a joke.
