Hey all. I’m new to the forum. I recently became the caretaker of a 1973 RR. VIN: RM21P3G241886

My brother in law purchased the car in about 2007/2008 after it had been restored. Unfortunately, he had little info, and has since passed away.

Story goes it was restored “down south” and made its way to SO-CAL. On the windshield is a sticker from the 2002 Crusin the Coast in Mississippi.

Any info or leads greatly appreciated.

The decoder didn't know the V9R code, maybe someone else can chime in on that one.

I think your "M51" is actually "H51" air conditioning.

Much appreciated!! Thank you

Found another piece of the puzzle. Found the original key chain / keys that brother in law received with the car. Does this mean car spent some time in Birmingham?

St. Louis plant to Alabama to California? How many stops in between?

V9R: Red hood stripe

Nice car!

I concur.
I think V8R is sport stripes Red and V9R is Hood stripes Red
