So I have started to assemble the grill and all the other front end parts and discovered that I was missing something to attach the head light bezels to the front of the car! Scratch my head for a bit and then went back to the pictures that I took when disassembling the car and discovered that the new AMD lower grill was missing a tab on both ends of the lower grill that holds a nut plate. this needed to be fabricated and welded to the lower grill so that all of the screws can be installed. If anyone is using this reproduction part I just want everyone to be aware that you need to add these before you paint it like I did

1968 but I believe that the 60 has the same setup

The lower valance is the same - 68/9. But I did notice the plastic screw standoffs so that prompted my question.

There is only 1 screw stand off on mine

One "per side". A bunch came with the grill screw kit I ordered - not sure how many but more than two.
