72 B-Bodies changed to a new design in the middle of 1972. The early K-frames bolted directly to the front frame rails, the later ones have very large rubber isolators between the K-frame and the frame. As long as its not the big rubber isolator kind, I think it will fit the 69 just fine.
The new design starts on 73 models. The 72 K frame will bolt in your 69, but the angle of the steering box is just a bit different than a 69's. It will all go together and work, but it may, or may not, wear on the box to column coupler more that it should. I used a 71 E body member, same as the 72 B body, in a 65 Satellite with no issues while I owned it. The other option is to loose the column to box coupler and get a u-joint style union, then your good to go for sure.
