Roughly 19-3/4 by 16 inches sitting on the table. It’s surprisingly difficult to get an accurate measurement since it’s so pliable.

Correct. It’s made for the 6 pack or 4 barrel oval air cleaners. I had to swap it out for a stock height filter to fit with the air grabber hood ducting.
