So got alot of things sorted out on it yesterday, the column especially, and took it to a 4th of July thing last night. Everything went swimmingly with the exception of the rock hard 14" ancient flat spotted radials I took a chance on taking to 55mph. I know what you're all thinking but it came home without any issues, just a shaky ride. Swapping rims and tires to something more substantial (and actuality round) next week.

Was asked if I loved the carcar, and I don't have a good answer for that yet, so it seems I'm still the fence...
